This is the first Eid we've stayed in Kingdom.
Luckily, so have many others. We've had an influx of western families move in since August just as Ramadan began. That means the Muslims fast during the day, eat when it's dark, and work only half days. That also means no Visas, no Drivers Licenses, no Igamas (green cards). Basically all these new people are stuck they have no transportation or paper work to come or go.
Chris decided to help us all pass the 3 day holiday he would organize some events. The first was a very well attended BBQ and Softball game.

Chris had been wanting to organize one of these for a very long time and finally we have enough people and it's cooling off enough by 5 pm to attempt to be outside.
