Remember the negotiator?
Well he was a brave "Patient" for the surgery but had to be even more "Patient" for the reward.
We promised Ethan games at the mall but during Ramadan the mall doesn't open until 8:30 pm. With school in progress, even though he starts next week, it was too late for the rest of the family to try to head out for the pay off.

On the last day of Ramadan we drove to Bahrain. It was wonderful, no crowds on the causeway, no traffic, no lines period. We got to the mall, after a few other necessary stops, just a bit before things opened up. When they finally did open there were only smiles like those above for the boys. Dad was very thoughtful to play with the boys and let mom go to a sit down Indian Restaurant I'd been wanting to try.
At one point Ethan was running through the mall like a crazed man yelling, "This is the best day of my life!"

Oh, I love Ethan's yelling! Glad he lasted till the payoff.
